Costs:
WoundAlly charges a one-time implementation fee for initial system setup. Monthly
subscription fees consist of a base fee plus a per-progress-note fee and include software
licensing, customer support, system upgrades, and related services. Unless otherwise
specified, access to certified functionality is included in the monthly subscription at no
additional cost.
Data migration from a prior EHR system, including data conversion, may require an
additional one-time fee based on the volume and complexity of the data.
WoundAlly partners with Ensora Health to provide general e-prescribing functionality.
Additional one-time setup fees and or recurring monthly or annual fees may apply for
these third-party services. Depending on the service used, providers or practices may be
required to establish a separate agreement directly with the applicable vendor.
Electronic Health Information (EHI) Export:
WoundAlly provides the export of electronic health information (EHI) for both individual patients and
entire patient populations.
